A Big Thankyou from the Reunion Committee
Our reunion weekend by all accounts was a resounding success. It was wonderful to meet you all and share your memories of the family.
Certainly it was worth every bit of the hard work put in by the reunion committee and we thank you for your enthusiastic attendance.
We had more than 120 attend on Saturday and over 60 on Sunday for a delicious lunch.
The age range was 10 month old Amy Rose Hooper -to our oldest attendee Rhys Runciman aged 98!
Our wonderful reunion cake was cut on Saturday by Rhys with Madeleine Apps and Nathan Anderson
The hours flew by on Saturday as we all chatted with each other. I know many commented they would have loved longer to chat and it was great we had scheduled the Sunday lunch.
On Sunday we were entertained during lunch with talks about various branches of the family and we would love to thank all those who contributed and shared their memories .
It seems that a wonderful time was had by all making the hard work of the reunion committee well worth all the effort .

REUNION BOOKS
Many books orders have been placed and some of you have already received your books.
Another order was placed yesterday and so anyone who has paid up until yesterday should receive their books very soon.(Australian orders will take longer to get to you of course)

The Manaslu trekking is one of the best trekking destinations in the western part of Nepal Kathmandu. All the trekking trail follows Budi –Gundaki river till the top of the Manalsu Larke which is (5106m) above the sea level most challenging all of you those travel while you are doing there.

This is trekking route you will see specifically view of the top of the high mount Manalsu lot of the other spectacular mountain view so the people uphold the trekking route to doing but the most of people feel on them anxious due to high elevation.
